Graduation Afterparty

The Graduation Afterparty will take place at P1 Club. This event is a chance for dinner guests to continue the celebration in an exciting and festive atmosphere. Below are the full details regarding attendance, entry requirements, and transportation.

• Location: P1 Club,Prinzregentenstraße 1, 80538 Munich
• Time: 23:00 onward
• Eligibility:
  • All dinner guests aged 16 and older are welcome.
  • Entry is included in the dinner ticket price, and graduates will receive a free wristband. A wrist band can also be purchased for 30EUR by those Graduates who are not attending the graduation dinner.

Wrist bands will be handed out at the Graduation Rehearsal. Those who are under the age of 18 on May 25th will receive a different coloured wrist band. Graduates will need to show this wrist band to enter P1 and to enter and receive their welcome drink and pizza at P1!

Important: All attendees must carry a valid legal ID to enter the venue.

Entry Requirements for Guests Under 18

P1 is a club for adults aged 18and over. However, under German Youth Protection Law (§ 1,I,Nr.4 JuSchG), those aged 16 and 17 may attend if specific conditions are met. Anyone younger than 18 years is not allowed to drink hard liquor in the club nor can anyone older than 18 years give the hard liquor to younger guests. The club reserves the right to ask those who breach this rule to leave the club immediately. No person under the age of 16 may enter the club under any circumstances.

If your child is under 18on May 25^th, 2026, the following steps must becompleted:

1. Permission Slip:
   A parent or legal guardian must complete the required permission slip via the provided link.
2. Assigning a Temporary Caretaker:
   The parent/guardian must designate a temporary caretaker who will be responsible for the child throughout the event in case the student comes without his/her legal guardian to the club. This person must:
   • Be over 18 years old.
   • Carry a valid legal ID.
3. Required Documents:
   The following documents must be carried by the underage guest at all times:
   • A valid ID for the student (Personalausweis or other legal identification).
   • A copy of the parent/guardian’s legal identification (the same guardian who completed the permission slip).
4. Legal Notice:
   Forging signatures or documents is a criminal offence under §267 StGB. Attempting to do so is punishable by law.

Transportation

Parents, Graduates, family members, and friends attending the After Party will need to arrange their own transportation to P1 Club. P1 is a 14-minute (1KM) walk from Hofbräuhaus, but taxis are available near the dinner venue.

Car parking is available to the rear of Haus der Kunst, near the entry to P1 Club. The public car park at P1 has limited spaces available.
