Svitlana is a seasoned HR and legal executive with over 20 years of international leadership experience. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford and currently serves as a Human Resources Director and ICF ACC-certified Executive Coach.
In her roles, Svitlana supports regional and global leadership teams across Europe and the Americas in executive recruitment, strategic talent development, performance management, and organizational change. She acts as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving inclusive people strategies and helping shape strong, values-based workplace cultures. Through her coaching practice, she partners with high-potential leaders on personal growth, leadership transitions, and performance optimization.
Svitlana brings substantial governance experience, having served on multiple Supervisory Boards and represented foreign shareholders at Shareholders’ Meetings during her tenure as Executive HR Director for OTIS in Eastern and Central Europe. In these roles, she contributed to strategic governance, organizational transformation, labour relations, and executive-level decision-making across a diverse international landscape. Earlier in her career, as Head of Legal, she also served as Secretary to the Shareholders and the Supervisory Board of Directors—gaining deep, hands-on experience in corporate governance, legal compliance, and cross-cultural board operations.
As both a professional and a parent of two children—one currently attending MIS and the other an IB Diploma graduate—Svitlana brings a global, future-oriented perspective and a strong personal commitment to international education.
