Learning and practising Mindfulness is about building up our inner resources so we can grow to become self-reliant when it comes to managing our emotions, controlling our attentions and focus and cultivating empathy with others.

July 2020: Indra Deshmukh (G10) was the only student in Germany selected as an MYP innovator finalist.

Invited to Speak
Carl was the only high school student to be included as a presenter at the B-Sides Munich Digital Security Conference held on the campus of Microsoft in Munich on Monday, 9 April 2018.
The title of Carl's presentation was, "Social Engineering and Emerging Multimedia Technologies". The conference included digital security experts from around the globe and attracted approximately 250 IT professionals who attended workshops and presentations on a range of digital security topics.
