50 Years Heinrich Harrer Cup Alumni Event

 

We warmly invite international alumni ski team members 

to a very special event!

 

Over the years, this terrific event has brought together numerous athletes, coaches, friends and families to enjoy the challenge of ski competition and the conviviality of the Austrian Alps.

What a wonderful tradition!

HHC Alumni Ski Race

 

MIS has generously offered to cover the costs for the ski race!

 

1) Register for the alumni ski race online.

 

2) Pick up your bib at 9 am at the finish line area on Saturday, 7 March.

 

3) The race will begin at 10:30 am.  Second run will begin at 11:30 pm.

 

4) Participants in older age groups will start first.

Join us at the Sportalm outside bar for a lively Après Ski gathering around 15:30!

The Heinrich Harrer cup ski races began in 1975, founded by MIS students, Wolfgang Vollath ('75) and Martin Rose ('75), together with their teacher Dan Glover and patron  Heinrich Harrer.

 

This special tradition has now brought our incredible international school community together for 50 years!

This year, the proceeds from our live auction will go towards MIS Scholarships.

The MIS scholarship fund will provide ambitious and high-achieving students with an education aimed at equipping learners to make a positive impact in a complex and changing world – regardless of their parents’ background.
